Henry is lovingly remembered by his children: Erica Rosa, Helena Rosa, Isaiah Rosa, Taina Rosa, and Selena Rosa. He was also a proud grandfather to three granddaughters and three grandsons, who brought him immense pride and joy. In addition to his children and grandchildren, he leaves behind family, lifelong friends, and countless people whose lives were touched by his wisdom, encouragement, and unwavering spirit.

For much of his life, Henry dedicated himself to the sport of boxing as a trainer and mentor. Known for his no-nonsense approach, he believed success was earned through hard work, discipline, accountability, and perseverance. He challenged every fighter to give their best, not only in the ring but in life. His guiding motto as a trainer was: “In pursuit of perfection.” His guidance, honesty, and belief in others left a lasting impact on generations of boxers and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Outside the boxing ring, Henry found joy in music. He loved playing the congas and enjoyed sharing music with family and friends. Whether keeping the rhythm at a gathering or listening to his favorite songs, music was one of the many ways he expressed his passion for life.

Henry’s legacy lives on through his children, grandchildren, the fighters he mentored, and the many lives he influenced with his strength, wisdom, and determination. Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
