Jack Lee Allen was born on August 27, 1938 in Ames, Iowa on August 4, 2026. He left his loving wife Sally to go golfing in the heavenly skies, leaving behind the ravages of Neuro cognitive disorder with Louis bodies and severe dementia with psychotic features.

Jack had an extraordinary zest for life, whatever captured his interest, he pursued it with enthusiasm and gusto. His adventurous spirit, curiosity, and love of a good challenge took him in many directions throughout his 87 years.
Jack enjoyed a successful career as an executive with Levelor Blinds, working in California, New Jersey, Ontario, Canada, and Florida. He also proudly served in the United States Navy.

Outside of work, Jack embraced life to the fullest. He flew his own small airplane for many years and loved the freedom of the open skies. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle along winding roads, fishing, dancing, and golfing, a sport in which he proudly achieved multiple holes- in -one. He also loved riding his bicycle through parks and the neighborhood streets with Sally.

Jack also had a wonderfully competitive spirit he loved playing games and especially enjoyed winning, proudly wearing his Burger King crown whenever he emerged victorious. His playful enthusiasm and sense of fun brought smiles to those around him.

Jack is survived by his loving wife, Sally Harkness, his brother Dick Allen, and his sister-in-law Ardy of Twin Falls, Idaho

Sally wishes to express her heartfelt appreciation to Carl, Marcy and David for the kindness, compassion and loving care they gave Jack during his final year. Their support and devotion brought comfort during a very difficult time.

Jack will be remembered for his adventurous spirit, his zest for life and the wholehearted way, he pursued the things he loved. Though his final chapter brought difficult challenges, they could never diminish the fullness of the life he lived or the memories he leaves behind.
