IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jamie Lee
Oldenburg
June 23, 1962 – March 13, 2026
Jamie Lee Oldenburg of New Prague, Minnesota, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026, leaving behind a legacy as bold and unforgettable as the man himself.
Known to many “Pan Head Jamie,” was rarely seen without his panhead Harley and signature top hat. He was a man of few words, but when he spoke, it was usually something funny, sharp, and unforgettable. He wasn’t just recognized—he was remembered.
Jamie was incredibly intelligent and gifted with his hands. He had a natural ability to fix just about anything and had a passion for rebuilding engines. If something was broken, he didn’t see a problem—he saw a challenge. He knew a little bit about everything, and if he didn’t, he’d figure it out.
He found his greatest pride in raising his family on the creek—where life was simple, memories were made outdoors, and the days were filled with strength, lessons, and a little bit of mischief. Those moments became the foundation of the strong, resilient family he leaves behind.
Jamie was also a fighter in every sense of the word. After enduring multiple motorcycle and car accidents over the years, his body carried the weight of those battles—but he refused to be defined by them. Time and time again, he defied medical odds and became a rare statistic, pushing through when many wouldn’t have. His strength, resilience, and refusal to quit were a true testament to the kind of man he was.
He found joy in the simple things—peanut butter, a good joke, a project to fix, and being surrounded by people. He lived life on his own terms, unapologetically and fully.
Jamie is survived by his partner Deborah Oldenburg; his son, Thomas Oldenburg; his daughters, Kristi Oldenburg, Joe Anna Connaway and Rian Stewart; grandchildren Raelynn, Breanna, William, Shelby, Jaxon, Finnley, David Jr., and Everly; brother Verdon Oldenburg, sister Renae Oldenburg and those who knew and loved him. He leaves behind countless stories, laughter, and memories that will live on forever.
Jamie is preceded in death by his parents Howard and Joann Oldenburg; his brother Steve Oldenburg; sister Judy Oldenburg-Hawks and nephew Dennis Hawks.
A celebration of life will be held at 4533 Savannah Way, Land O' Lakes on March 20th at 5:00PM , where friends and family are invited to come together, share stories, and honor a man who truly left his mark on this world.
