Laureen Cheryl Paterson

Laureen Cheryl Paterson, 67, of Land O’ Lakes, Florida, passed away peacefully on December 1st, 2025.

Born on January 12th, 1958, in Chester, Pennsylvania, Laureen entered the world at just 1.5 pounds—tiny in size but enormous in strength. From the very beginning, she proved herself a fighter, a spirit she carried with her throughout her entire life. Her resilience, passion, and generous heart shaped not only her own journey, but the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her.

For the past fifteen years, Laureen dedicated herself to her work at Tower Diagnostics, where she was known for her compassion, reliability, and warm presence. Before that, and always in her heart, she embraced her lifelong passion for hairstyling. Having become a hairdresser as a young teen, Laureen loved the art of helping others feel confident and cared for—something she did effortlessly in every area of her life.

Laureen had a deep love for animals, especially her dogs, who brought her constant joy and companionship. To her family, she was a steady source of love, understanding, humor, and kindness. She was a devoted mother to Bill, Ryan, and Amanda; a cherished stepmother to Vince, Adrianne and Kristi, and a grandmother to 8 beautiful grandkids. As well as a beloved daughter of Albert Landino and Mabel Landino and her stepmother, Trudy Landino; She is also survived by her loving husband, Kerry, who adored her deeply and stood by her side with unwavering devotion.

Laureen’s life was marked by courage, compassion, and an ability to make others feel truly seen. She will be remembered for her warm heart, fierce spirit, and the immeasurable love she shared with her family, friends, and pets.

Her legacy of strength and kindness will live on in all who loved her.
