Teresa Ann Condor

July 13, 1970 — March 25, 2025

Spring Hill

With deep sadness and grief Teresa Ann Condor (Kohl) found peace on March 25th, 2025; after battling stage 4 Ovarian Cancer, and then AML, for over 11 years. She passed far too young at the age of 54. Her last home of residence was in Spring Hill, Florida.

Teresa was known to be a light for many people, whether that be as a mother, wife, daughter, friend, teacher, or Nurse Practitioner. She touched countless lives, which was her passion, connecting with people and finding ways in which she could help them to heal in whatever way she could. Her life’s purpose was to help others and spread her faith in the Lord.

She took pride in her battle with cancer, her fight was admired by many and gave courage to others who battled similar fights. She did work with Ovarian Cancer charities such as GYNCA and she was a member of the Teal Rose Society. Teresa was outspoken about the ups and downs that came with fighting cancer. Her transparency in all things was something people gravitated to.

Though, her most cherished loves were that of her loving daughter, Haylee Morgan Condor, who was her “world”; and that of her beloved husband, Paul Joseph Condor Jr., who supported her with love, commitment, and the utmost care for their 30 years of marriage.

She was survived by her mother and father, Anna Marie Kohl (Gustafsen) and Michael Paul Kohl, who loved and supported her.

Teresa was raised in Buffalo, NY then went on to college to receive her Associate in Nursing (ASN) in Rochester and Albany, NY. The latter is where she met and married Paul J. Condor Jr. and she became a devoted military wife. While he was a Marine, and then an Airman, they were moved to many different states. The first year of their marriage in 1995 the Corps brought them to Hawaii, where they resided for over 10 wonderful years and started their family in 2000 when they welcomed Haylee M. Condor into the world. Teresa received her Bachlors in Nursing (BSN) and Masters in Nursing (MSN) to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She was a Registered Nurse for 7 years and then went on to have a career as a Provider for 23 years. They were moved several other times being a military family, to Southern California, southwestern Missouri, then on to St. Louis, Missouri. Until they made their final venture to Tampa, Florida where Paul and Haylee will continue to reside in their final home as a family.

Teresa never stopped living life, even once diagnosed with cancer. She traveled all across the world, it was one of her greatest joys to see new places and meet new people. She continued to work and see patients for 9 of the years she battled cancer. Showcasing her drive and passion for others, alongside her strength to remain even through the many rounds of cancer treatments. Nothing could stop her from shining her light.

Teresa’s legacy will be forever remembered and her light will be forever missed from this world.

Asking any of her close friends they would say that there needs to be more people in the world like Teresa. For her empathy guided her to be a wonderful friend, and through her own health trials, made her an incredible provider within the medical profession.

Her legacy will be carried on by her daughter and set as a reminder to face life’s challenges head on and to remain strong even when odds are stacked against you. She always kept her faith in God, and in the end she prevailed because of it.

Anyone would be proud of the person Teresa was, her strength and courage will continue to inspire and guide those who are left behind on this earth, until they meet her again at Kingdom’s gates where she rests with her Lord and Savior.

The grief and loss of Teresa will be far reaching, but felt most deeply by her husband and daughter who loved her immensely and they will miss her forevermore.

There will be proceedings in her childhood town of Buffalo, NY on June 7th at 2:30 pm.

There will also be a second memorial in a place that was most special to Teresa in Kaneohe, Hawaii.

Details to follow, though we do invite all of those who wish to celebrate the life and legacy of this truly remarkable woman in Buffalo this summer.

Continued prayers and support are welcomed for those who Teresa has left behind during this incredibly difficult time.
